Definition of holistic health by the American Holistic Medical Association. 4:32:17 PM     An Open Letter to President Bush Hal and Sidra Stone, two very accomplished authors in the New Age field, created this open letter to President Bush in February 2003, just before the war with Iraq began. I believe this letter summarizes what a lot of us have felt, and what I especially like about their writing style is that they do not try to polarize opinion for or against the President, but instead are offering him solutions that they think will be most helpful. 4:15:02 PM
