In fact, about the only thing Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PCs can't do is make you a tall latté - everything else, like giving you access to wireless networks, offering you "a powerful digital media experience," and providing you support if you're a developer building Microsoft .NET services and apps, it can handle with ease.
.NETDJ magazine reports that Windows Mobile does everything but make lattés. Actually that is incorrect. If the latté machine supports a serial connection or a LAN connection with a documented protocol, then this is easily done.
