Tisha bought me a crock pot for Christmas 'cause I really wanted one. Well, I hadn't used it until last night. Earlier this week I bought stuff at the store that I assumed when in a pot roast. I threw it all together last night before I went to bed (took like 5 minutes to chop the stuff up) and woke up this morning to the best smelling house.
I had a feeling this would be my secret to cooking....quick & easy.
Yay! I guess maybe I should save that yay until I try it, but it sure looks/smells damn good!
