Had an okay evening out, but was glad to be sound asleep by 11 and able to get up and hit the gym hard-core this morning. Trying to incorporate running into my walking/eliptical/bike stuff. It certainly does a good job getting my heart rate up. My goal will be to run outside at least twice during the next week since I know that's a bigger challenge than on the treadmill. Spring motivation is good. Now, if the spring-cleaning bug would just bite. :)
