Janet and I took a day off work today and went up to the London Eye up at London's South Bank, just across from the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. It was a beautiful late summer's day, and here's a few pictures.

There's an updated white paper available at Oracle's Applications website on migrating Oracle Financial Analyzer and Oracle Sales Analyzer to Enterprise Planning & Budgeting (EPB). EPB is the replacement for OFA and OSA, front-end applications for Express Server that are widely used amongst many of Oracle's and Plus' customers.

The paper talks about the migration of data and business rules, and shows how the different elements within OFA and OSA map to the corresponding parts of EPB. It also breaks the news that support for OFA and OSA is now going to carry on until 2008, which suggest that we've still got a while to go before EPB becomes a viable migration path for the majority of OFA and OSA users.
