-------------------- yo-yo no-no.  [Julie Neidlinger] Julie's got the right idea. I tried the Atkins diet so many years ago, I think I remember being young at the time!  I remember that every fatty in the world bought the book and it was the fad of the year.  Now it's back, and history is repeating itself.  All the new fatties will try it, and when they give up will pack on more pounds then they started with.  When will people learn to stop making millionaires of every person who writes a stupid diet book and realize that there is only one way to keep weight off ... stop eating so freaking much!
