Last night I was browsing ESP Magazine online and ran across this column by Ogi Overman . Ogi is the king of nicknames. This was published before I filed to run so I will accept it as an unsolicited endorsement. I have composed a response to the column and will send it to him for publication and post it here as well.

At the behest of Ed Cone et al I have decided to enter the world of bloggers. Running as a first time candidate for Greensboro City Council presents me with several dissadvantages compared to the three incumbents who are also on the ticket (and have been for many years). By utilizing this blog, I hope to give interested voters some insights as to what make me tick. Thanks for keeping up!
