Weblog for Job Hunters I am Jim Heilman, a Third Party Recruiter (HEADHUNTER) specializing in filling all types of positions from Operator to CEO in the Plastics Industry.  I work for Discovery Personnel, Inc. (www.discoverypersonnel.com).  As a method of introducing myself, I will include my resume on this Weblog later so you will have some idea where I get nerve to give advice on how to or not to conduct a job search.  After over 20 years experience hiring engineers and others, I decided to to take a shot at the recruiting business.  In my 8 years in recruiting, I have seen more than a few job hunting mistakes.  My purpose of writing this Weblog is to give advice on what a Job Hunter should and should not do in a long series of short articles.  I'll try not to get too preachy, and I plan to provide numerous links to other sources so you don't get too biased of a view. 9:56:58 PM    comment []
