men and women.
or, men without women.
(sorry ernie.)

I hate those, venus versus mars battle of the sexes things. That being said, my pokerish contribution:

His:
Is it wrong for me to bring a deck of cards to bed, give my girlfriend
two kings and give myself two aces and instruct her to yell "All in"?

Is it wrong to deal her two kings and to deal myself 27off and tell her
to say "I fold" after I say "I raise"?

Hers:

Swearing
If you hear a long row of expletives emanating from his poker room, then it is likely that he has suffered a “bad beat” i.e. the other player got a bit luckier than he did and beat him. The best way to handle this situation is to take him in a cup of tea and ask him to tell you all about it. You know he is going to bore you with the story at some point, so find it is often best to get it out of the way.

No wonder poker is the #8 search on lycos this week.

Meanwhile, back on the farm...

Slowly my blogroll will keel over from its weight. I know I'm dying under clearing out several hundred entries a day already, but I just can't help adding all of these cool new reads to radio's nagg and I just get some really whoa stuff.

Like, check out this koolaid dyed wool yarn entry! How much fun is that?! And a spammer has been bankrupted by anti-spammer suits ($10 mil assets! And I wonder why my trush junkmail folder is always bulging). And via boingboing, picture coffee table book of real life silcone (sex) dolls and the people who love them out on shelves now. I shuddered more at the artist's statement about men/women relationships than the deadeyed girls-girls-girls inside:

"The same themes that informed the past continue to inform the present. Woman is the seductress - both irresistible and vile. Man despises himself for being unable to resist the sexual attraction woman inspires in him and to escape this trap, men turn to divine mechanics and resort to science to create the ultimate flesh - synthetic women that are more satisfying, both sexually and psychologically, than their flesh and bone counterparts."

::sigh::
