News24: The DVD entitled Bad Brad's banging success has landed this controversial former contestant in South Africa's first Big Brother series in hot water.
He apparently filmed sex scenes with 11 women and had a DVD compiled without their knowledge.
"All the women knew they were being filmed - but was not aware that I planned to distribute the footage," said Wood

Regina Lynn, Wired: I read somewhere recently that Americans are uncomfortable talking about sex. I'm not sure where I saw it, but it doesn't matter -- almost every magazine article about having better sex makes a statement like this. They don't even bother to attribute it to anyone, but assume that we all know it's true, and it merely needs to be restated for context.

Washington Blade: A team of psychologists in Chicago and Toronto have released a report that indicates that many self-proclaimed bisexual men are in reality gay men who have not fully accepted their sexual orientation, according to a report in the New York Times. Researchers measured genital arousal patterns in men as they were shown a variety of sexual imagery. The research shows that men who claimed to be bisexual tended to be aroused only by one gender, usually other men.

New Kerala: As you watch the film's only female character, Kalki, being ravaged in every conceivable corner of the astutely created rustic home, you wonder where the line between social criticism and artistic licentiousness blurs, and how far a filmmaker can transgress the dividing line between aesthetics and realism without seeming to violate the basic codes of filmmaking.
Not that the rape of Kalki is ever titillating...God forbid! If anything, Manish Jha's perception on sexual aggression is so blunt and violent it could put the audience off sex forever.

Scotsman: Allowing women to buy the morning-after pill in chemists does not encourage unsafe sex, doctors said yesterday.
A study published in the British Medical Journal found allowing emergency hormonal contraception to be sold in the UK has not increased its use or changed patterns of use.
The results suggest that the predicted rise in unsafe sex has been overstated and supports the case for lifting the ban on over-the-counter sales in the United States and other countries.

Boston Herald: Georges Bataille, the French author who penned the novel ``Ma Mere,'' often was called the metaphysician of evil. After sitting through almost two hours here of sex, mutilation, death and the denouncement of religion, you'll understand why.
Surprisingly, the twisted, early 20th century writer was able to explore his perverse themes while still appealing to the public. It's unfortunate that director Christopher Honore's screen adaptation misses this angle. The result is a disturbing mix of sexually charged characters who never explain their dirty little desires.

Zap2it: Move over Paris Hilton. Jessica Simpson is taking the carnal car-washing crown. Simpson, 24, covers the Nancy Sinatra song along with Willie Nelson for the upcoming Warner Bros. film adaptation of "The Dukes of Hazzard," hitting theaters in August.
In the video, Simpson is dressed in her Daisy Duke attire inspired by her "Hazzard" character, complete with denim short shorts and midriff-baring top. She struts around in a bar in red boots, gyrating, undulating and all-around sexing up the crowd of cowboys, including collaborator Nelson.
