Chicago Tribune: Star Colin Farrell is suing a former Playboy Playmate for allegedly trying to distribute and profit from a sex tape he says the two recorded with the agreement it would not be made public.
The lawsuit filed Monday against Nicole Narain seeks monetary damages as well as a temporary restraining order and injunction prohibiting the sale or other use of the videotape.

IOL: A man in Germany who said he had "fallen in love" with the voice of an emergency services operator was taken into custody for repeatedly calling the hotline, authorities said.
He explained to the officers that there had not been an emergency but that he had found the voice on the other end of the line "so sexy".

Guardian: Roman Polanski's barrister insisted it was not his client's "laissez-faire" attitude to casual sex that was on trial in his libel suit against Condé Nast, the publishers of Vanity Fair, in court number 13 in the Strand yesterday.
However, from the moment that the 71-year-old film director began giving his high court evidence it was clear that sex was going to be at the forefront of proceedings.
