Book Reviews from participants in the Pollinate Your Mind Summer Reading Club
O'Hurley's Return by Nora Roberts: Loved it-couldn't put it down.
Time and Again by Nora Roberts: Amazing-loved the time travel story line--one of her best yet!
Guardian by Nicholas Sparks: Suspense-romance-and a touch of bittersweet. A fun read.
True Believer by Nicholas Sparks: very slow. I had a rough time getting through it.
Restore and Drive Collectible cars of postwar America by Bob Stubenrauch: Tells about the right and wrong cars to buy. I do not agree with all the cars he picks, but overall a great book. I enjoyed reading it.
Bogie and Me by Verita Thompson: He had two sides to him, told by his long time girl friend. Had a visit with the pope. Loved to sail, died with great courage.
Seduction by Velvet: good read, could have been a little less graphic in sex scenes, couldn't put it leave it laying around (grandchildren around the house).
Devil wears Prada by Lauren Weisberger: Great-movie was quite different from the book (and I feel for the better) but book was a great read.
Dockside by Susan Wiggs: Great book! A new author for me. I will definitely read more of her books.
