Canadian Jim Rutledge is one of several Canadian Tour members who had a quick start of the chute Wednesday during the second stage of PGA Tour Qualifying. Rutledge, Brian McCann and Chris Baryla are tied for fourth at Beaumont, Calif. while Steve Schneiter set the early pace in Seaside, Calif.
