A Sunny, Summer Saturday in Anchorage
Yesterday was a marvelous sunny Saturday--a gorgeous 73 degrees. Downtown was packed and abuzz with AWAIC (Abused Women's Aid In Crisis) summer solstice activities in the Town Square, Saturday Market, and a couple of loads of cruise ship passengers. I went to the Alaska World Affairs luncheon speaker, Ambassador Rone Sen--- the Indian ambassador to the U.S.
