Antonio Cirill sets Welsh Schools Championship record

Nicola Cirillo writes 'Antonio Cirillo of Swansea Harriers retained his junior 1k title at the welsh schools athletics at Brecon on 02/07/2005 in a time of 4.20.05 taking 37.5 seconds of the championship record he set last year earining him the trophy for the most outstanding performance of the day by a male athlete.'
'He now goes on to compete in Dublin at the British Schools U17 international next weekend where he is hoping to perform well against the boys who are an age group higher. '
