Someone once said, "Themes fuck with your site." They were right.

This morning I tried the nifty new
feature, which allows you to specify a Theme for a category. It worked great for that
category.
Now parts of that Theme are starting to appear on my regular pages! First it was the Navigator appearance, which I didn't really mind because I thought the result was an improvement. But now it's changed the permaLink image. What else has it changed that I haven't noticed yet? Can this be fixed?
I know that I can fix my site, but can Radio apply Themes to categories without changing the appearance of other categories? Please?
