Drivel: It amazes how simple project and time management principals escape people. The underlying principal of trust is making a commitment and delivering on that commitment is. Trust is what binds everyone together, particularly when working together. If you cannot trust someone to do their work, despite whether you like them or not, the whole process breaks down. Most people base trust on their likes and dislikes. This also endangers the process. There are many paths through a process that lead to success, but many more paths exist that lead to failure if one is not vigilant to ensure that the bonds of trust remain in tact. 4:48:59 PM

Drivel: It has been a tough week and next week is going to be even more frantic. This past week was a short week because of my trip home last weekend. I am going home next weekend with a day trip to New York on Friday. The project out here at AT&T is right on track, despite being short handed. My reinforcement is showing up Monday night, thank goodness. 4:17:36 PM
