Drivel: The final resoluton from Primus has come in. They will not be able to restore my service because they cannot get Verizon to switch the circuit back on. In the mean time, I have moved the majority of my services to Blue Domino. The price was right and the service is superior. They have automated everything having to do with hosting and supporting hosting environments. They give you a great admin control panel, a 24x7 support number to call, and everyone gets equal treatment. I called to get MySQL activated for my site. No problem. As soon as I hung up from calling support an email arrived with all of the information I needed to get going and thirty minutes later I was up and running.
