I got involved with the Friends of Coyote Creek (Friends) a few months ago. They are doing something amazing. Not only are they cleaning up a neglected riparian habitat, but they are also getting people excited by taking them out on the creek and showing them what a jewel (though trashed) we have running through our backyard. Last month the Friends put on a major restoration effort over a weekend where over 120 volunteers worked in the creek to remove a major raft of floating trash. The details of the clean up are now online. I am proud to say that ES Designs is providing hosting and consulting services to the Friends.
