Oh, and that previous post was my first post using WiFi. I had to swap access points this morning because the one I bought last night went dead, but it's up and seemingly solid now.

It works better than I expected it to. I've got good coverage all over the house, but the signal drops off dramatically outside, probably because of the siding the house came with.

I have to say that the TiBook with an Airport card is one of the most amazing toys.

PCs Are Incorrect on TV. In TV and movies, the bad guys wear black or have foreign accents. They also use PCs, while the good guys use Macs. By Leander Kahney. [Wired News]

I've been noticing this for a while. Although I think in general, Macs are all over TV -- Toby writes on on a TiBook on the West Wing, Willow surfs on an iBook on Buffy. I think they get used because they look cool. But the bigger metaphor they are pointing out is interesting, and probably another way that Microsoft can feel slighted.
