cory does it again

Once again, renowned bOingbOing blogger and novelist Cory Doctorow has released his newest novel "Eastern Standard Tribe" on the web.

As a free download, even.

I read his first published novel, "Down And Out in the Magic Kingdom" online, and then ordered a copy. It's alsoa cool book, give it a read.

He's very trusting, and I hope his experiment spreads. Sure, there will be people that read it online and never buy a copy, but enough will. "Down and Out" sold well, I understand. "Eastern Standard Tribe" will as well. Especially since people can browse the book before buying, without a sales assistant giving you the eye and reminding you that the bookstore isn't a library.
