We've entered the age of private spaceflight. I cannot wait until it's to the point where normal folk like me could possibly afford the trip.

According to the news reports, Paul Allen (through Vulcan, naturally) has given the effort over $20 million, which is CHEAP. That's one fifth of the budget of an average hollywood summer film. Hell, I think most of Allen's yachts cost more than that. And they can't go into space...

I can't wait. It's absolutely amazing that this is happening.
