Awsome I found what I was looking for. A outliner that takes advantage of the OPML and it's free.!!!!

Update: Well it still has some overhead being Java and all. But it is really damn close. It just boggles my mind that the outliner in Radio does not have an attribute editor.

Simple OPML Outliner?

Ok, I know what application I really want now. But I can't seem  to find it. I looked here but these Outliners are bloated with a bunch of stuff that I don’t want. I want an outliner only application that saves the outline in OPML. It need's to let me create custom OPML attributes so that I can apply them to any node. It seem Radio can do this but I have to program it, which I am not willing to learn. Also I really don't want the overhead of running Radio in the background. It should just be a simple text editor with the basics like search and replace.

Hey Dave rip out the outliner from Radio and sell it to me for $40 bucks with the "attribute feature”.
