I noticed this last week when ER was conflicting with CSI. I can't see it as an attack on PVR owners... but it is pretty sleazy of NBC.

How would you work around it? Just have a second video recorder.

I have the additional problem where there are two shows on from 8pm to 9pm (CSI and Extreme Makeover), ER starts at 9:59 and Without A Trace starts at 10pm. My workaround is to have three shows being recorded (CSI on the Sage TV, Extreme Makeover on a VCR and ER on the ReplayTV, at 10pm it changes over to Without A Trace on the Sage TV and ER on the ReplayTV).
