Some interesting ideas but mostly told for the "leader" who creates the group, rather than the members of it.  10:21:08 PM

This is wild.  The Economist.  Japanese competitor avoids a "Roman incident" and eats 50.5 "Nathan's famous hotdogs" in contest.  At 112 pounds he gained 17 pounds by eating the dogs.

Such a cool story. I love hot dogs but this is just amazing. The guy must be a genetic freak with some kind of expandable stomach, like the pouches in squirrels' cheeks.  10:18:16 PM

While I love our new house, I would really like something faster than dialup. I may just have to spend my time at the nearest Starbucks.  10:11:26 PM

Toxic doses from fluid bags and tubing. Not very nice. And the manufacturers were told before in 2000. Hope they listen now!  10:08:46 PM

Sorry, I have not posted anything recently. That should change. Last Thursday I was told that my services would no longer be needed after the Amgen takeover. I was at Immunex for 16 years, so much longer than I ever expected. It was a great experience. So many creative, exciting individuals all working for the same thing. And that was to help other people, NOT to make a bunch of cash. It will be interesting to see what transpires now that it is part of Amgen

Luckily, my severence package is enough to buy me some time. I get to have the first summer vacation in 25 years!! I'm not even thinking of what to do until September.  10:07:49 PM
