Brew
Whew, Hoss and I spent six hours or so last night brewing. We made a 5-gallon batch of a Russian Red Ale, my first batch. It's fermenting in the carboy now, really beautiful. The crown on top is about an inch high, of bubbles that are really living and bursting. In the brew itself, there's lots of activity, with stuff swirling up and down. The fermentation lock is bubbling along. It's a magic thing to see.
