Jacob G. Hornberger at The Future of Freedom Foudation - If Iraq Really Adopts Freedom, Should We Move There? - model amendments to the Iraqi Consitution. An improvement on America's Bill or Rights. If Iraq were to adopt this and really mean it, I would definitely consider moving there. But you can be damn sure the fascist American government won't allow anything of the sort. The problem with this idea is that it assumes a hypothetical future Iraqi government would abide by its Constitution. Since our government doesn't pay any attention to our Bill of Rights, I can't see any reason to believe any other government would.

Iraqi officer reveals army chaos. Elite troops in the Republican Guard received few orders and were prone to desert, according to an Iraqi colonel. [BBC News | Front Page | UK Edition]

He revealed that Iraqi soldiers had not wanted to fight in the streets of Baghdad because it was their city and home to their families.

This explains why Iraqis in the south fought so hard when Baghdad hardly fought at all--exactly the opposite of what the US government had expected.
