If the Guardian is to be believed -- caveat lector! -- Bush has blocked Rumsfeld's push to expand the war to Syria. We'll see. [Hit & Run] The Guardian is hardly likely to give Bush the benefit of the doubt, so maybe this is true. Or maybe Bush just wants them to think it is.
