Radio’s Stories Feature: It’s Bug City!
I’ve discovered why Dave Winer was reluctant to include the Stories function in this first release of Radio 8—it’s infested with bugs and shortcomings of all sorts.
If you have been trying to access the articles in the BOOKS, ESSAYS, INTERVIEWS and REVIEWS sections of this site linked to at right, please bear with me as I keep trying to make up for the bugs as they keep occuring.
I have uploaded a lot more story content today and I want you to be able to read it. I hope that Dave will turn his attention from all the other things he has been fixing lately and concentrates on Stories next.

More Stories Uploaded, More To Come.
I’ve uploaded over 20 archival interviews and articles about photographers and directors, and will begin linking them so they are easily available.
I’m also considering uploading a number of articles from my CD portfolio, the ones that can stand alone. These pieces were the ones that prompted the people from Kendall-Tarrant to ask me to consider being an advertising copywriter, so they have an interest beyond that of the tales therein.
Until the link page is done later today, here is one of my favourite stories, on Richard Avedon. It bears some relationship to my current location—I mention something about the condition of the artform in Western Australia. The article was written in the early 1990s but most of the statements still apply today
