Down But Not Out. This ancient although heavily upgraded Umax S900 Macintosh clone I am currently using involuntarily has been down for a bit, hence no posts. Long hours running all the diagnostics and repair programs seems to have fixed the problems that prevented me from posting to this weblog. Another bit of hardware has to be replaced in the coming week, though.       Moral: Never be in a position where you must rely on just the one machine. 6:20:54 PM    Add a comment.
