[Scripting News]   Real business concern.  Not to much of a problem when you first start out.  As your site or service grows and scales to a larger audience, bandwidth saving solutions based around best practices to efficiently deploy RSS will save the business money. Mobile network infrastructure sales are low, and according to Nokia CEO and chairman Jorma Ollila, the short term future doesn't appear much brighter either. He beliefs that the market as a whole will decline by around 15 to 20 percent in 2003. "We do not see any signs of improvement in the infrastructure markets this year. Operator investments have decreased to exceptionally low levels, and network rollouts continue slowly. We expect the overall market to contract by 15 percent or more."
