MyLine self service checkout I stopped by a Whole Foods market in Redwood Shores last week, near Macromedia, when i noticed a row of MyLine self service checkout kiosks. ![]() ![]() It's kinda funky checking yourself out at the market, but it's fairly straight-forward. Of course, if you need assistance (or think you can slip a few products past the scanner without paying), there's a helpful checkout supervisor nearby to help. I asked the guy there if they were being used much, and he said there are often lines of people waiting to use them. He also mentioned that people know how to use them because the local Home Depot has them as well...? I can't find anything online about the product. How soon before we see this in all major metropolitans? 10:25:47 PM ![]()       |
