Apple, Masters of Marketing Anyone in business who reads the IMC plan for iTunes on Windows will agree: Apple has become a world class marketing machine. As usual, Apple doesn't just do the obvious, they do the whole enchilada. New features include the iTunes Windows app, audio book store, gift certificates, "allowances" for kids, and iPod audio recordings and photo storage accessories. Promotions include tight integration with AOL and 100M song giveaway with Pepsi. Mac users will account for 30M, and the Pepsi promotion kicks off at the SuperBowl.
