Here's a story from the Rocky Mountain News [August 15, 2003, "Mayor names 3 to city posts"] about Mayor Hickenlooper's appointments yesterday. From the article, "Hickenlooper said it might be a couple of weeks before he names a police chief and city attorney. Other major slots the new mayor has yet to fill include the heads of public works and the parks and recreation departments."
