Oval Office 2008: "This opinion piece by Stephen Moore in the Wall Street Journal quite neatly sets up Virginia Democratic Governor Mark Warner as the ideal 'anyone-but-Hillary' candidate for the Democratic Party, before clinically trashing him as a tax-happy liberal who can't really be trusted. He would join Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton on the list of 'Southern governors who ran as fiscal conservatives and skeptics of big government liberalism.'"
