Coyote Gulch does not know enough yet about the Internet Non-Discrimination Act of 2006 to recommend it. The legislation, "popularly called the Net Neutrality Act" is bound to stir up a fight. In general the carriers (Qwest, SBC, etc.) want to be able to implement Quality of Service on the public network (Internet). This is a huge change in philosophy, design and implementation.
Please learn more about this issue and get your opinion to your U.S. Senators soon. Tell them to go slow.
