Daddy Miles Blue Sky Over Cowles Mountain - First Assent Daddy...Miles...Blue...Sky Stairway To The New...Blue Blue Above Shielding, Shining, Protecting Miles below, Learning, Reaching, Growing Daddy low, Holding, Lifting, Befriending Teaching, Scolding, Grabbing, Talking, Listening, Agonizing Loving.
 Miles first assent up Cowles. I actually talked about this day, probably 5, 4, 3 (not 2 or 1) years ago. Wow, to actually see it happen. I remember, probably 11 years ago, the first time I climbed Cowles. How amazed I was to see the whole of where I lived. And more. It was wonderful for his eyes too, I believe. He made it up and back, about 3 miles, in about 2 hours. No problems other than a couple of mildly scraped palms...it can get a bit slidey down the trail...he walked it all himself.

The Saturday Morning Post It's that time again and as I feel the quiet of the morning slip through the hour glass (even before it does...that's me), here's the rundown for the rest of the weekend. And I do feel like I got a little out there and into my Atmosphere project, so it's already been somewhat of a success. Planned: Re-scheduled Birthday dinner with friends, Jazz 88 bowling party, and not much else this 3-dayer. Could be promising! Wants: Get damn hard drive installed, which looks now like it requires a new floppy drive to make happen...I hate computers. I love computers. Maybe get to Sea World. Get wireless access point working again. Get G4 ordered...12 inch...depending on digital in capability. General house clean-up and organization. Play with kids as much as possible. Learn something about Yo-Gi-Oh (or something like that). Fog picture transition atmosphere...sounds foggy...to my brain. Lots of things ahead. Maybe we'll start with breakfast out!
