The African bank robbers wrote me back, and they have "unanimously accepted to give [me] the 10% of the total amount". Wow. They claimed 19 million in their first letter. I think instead of sending them all the information they ask for, I'll specify that I want a minimum of $1.9 million, and repeat my request for a letter on bank stationary 'proving' their veracity.
