Dire Wolf:
One of thousands of direwolf sculls extracted from the La Brea tarpits located in the center of LA. Direwolfs are now extinct as are most of the mammals found embedded in solidified tar from prehistoric times.
Below, Highway 101 follows the sea shore. The powerplant burns the remains of direwolfs and the rest of the plants and animals from those long ago times, to provide energy for our modern life.
