Good evening my Bloggers and Blogettes!

Consider an opportunity similar to Jack Lemmon's in How to Murder Your Wife. In his trial, Jack drew an imaginary button that let him right a perceived wrong, without the slightest possibility of getting caught. In a hypothetical personal situation, my own power is just that unilateral and invisible - I could extract a great deal of retribution and even revenge. And I feel that I deserve it, as I had been financially and emotionally wronged.

I know what is right in this situation, but the possibility of revenge tastes so good. I will postpone my, um, 'hypothetical' decision for the weekend, so that I can savor that taste for a couple of days. Then, Monday morning, I will do the right thing, and act based on kindness.

Because making decisions based on retribution and revenge is a bad thing.
Hypothetically.
