Second Customer service warning: Miami cars in Margarita Island off the coast of Venezuela is not a car rental company, just a band of thieves. I rented a car that got involved into an accident while parked. A drunk driver crashed into it. Not only did Miami Cars (which charges as Vanessa Cars, I know now why they had to change the name) charge me for the deductible on the insurance (and probably got money from the guilty party in the crash through the insurance company), but they charged me for two days even though they refused to give me a car for the second day (the crash occurred on the first day). So, if you go to Margarita (or anywhere else) stick to the well known companies (Hertz, Avis, Budget), so you don't fall prey to these thieves... I wouldn't be surprised if the crash was staged just to get the money...

First customer service warning: Dell Sucks!
Being a Mac user I have never had the chance to use Dell's services. I thank God for that as my only experience with them have been an example of how you shouldn't treat a customer.
My order was canceled without a simple explanation or information to me. It was just cancelled. How I was supposed to find out about it? Are they really doing that well that they don't need more orders? (note to self: Sell all Dell stock you own: DONE!).
Contrast that with an order I did with Apple just a week later: I bought a U2 iPod (yes, Dell lost a customer with that type of disposable cash) with the same card as the Dell order. Obviously it ran into the same problems, but Apple send me an email THE SAME DAY telling me about the problem, allowing me to use another card and get my order on time.
You really should shape up, I know Dell is doing well financially but with this type of (dis)service it won't last...

I don't think I have ever posted a view from any of my offices... Heck, I don't think I have ever taken a picture of the view from my office... But I have never ever have an office view quite like this.
