Sony drops the ball on the PSP's wireless security. Bad news for PSP owners who want to use the device on a secure network: the PSP supports only WEP, and not WPA. What on earth was Sony thinking, launching a WEP-only wireless product in the year 2005?

Who cares? Is anyone going to steal "valuable" game data? The Wi-Fi only works to connect to sites that upgrade games (or the PSP itself) and to play online... Those of you thinking that Sony will come out with a browser and an email client... You are dreaming! Sony is just not like that/.
