 On Monday we went to the Retiro Park in Madrid, just about a block from our hotel. We walk around and even row (well, not all of us), here is the proof. Then we went to the Wood of the absent, a monument to remember the criminal, cruel, injustifiable attack on Madrid on March of last year. They planted a Cypress for each person that died. Very moving. Afterwards, we went to Plaza Mayor to celebrate my Mother's 80th birthday. In the night we went to the best restaurant of the trip Las Cuatro Estaciones, I had salted Ox which was excellent and we all drank an excellent San Roman wine.
