Sun is suing MS ( thanks for the link Dan ) . I'm speculating Scott Nealy wants to make a run for it while MS is on the ropes with all the other litigation. They would have never tried that a few years ago.

The project I'm working on is in a noisy company. So in an effort to better screen out all the extraneous noise - like the owner's 2 year old boy running around - I went and got one of these to listen to this. Can you spell "programmer heaven" ? Its the absolute coolest way to work. Nothing like that Icelandic wall of sound of guitars being played with violin bows engulfing you and screening out all the distractions.
