The Atomic Learning Library has posted a free, beta-test storyboarding program, Storyboard Basic, for Mac OS 9 and Classic. Two things here. One, Cheney is covering his ass, just in case. Two, it helps him move his agenda forward and distracts people from the criticisms the administration currently faces.
