Fostex Japan Becomes First Digigram EtherSound Licensee

-- Digigram and Fostex Corporation Japan announced at AES that they have signed contracts for Fostex to license Digigram's patent-pending EtherSound technology in forthcoming Fostex products. According to eWeek, Jim Allchin, a senior exec at Microsoft says that "sharing information with competitors could damage national security and even threaten the U.S. war effort in Afghanistan. He later acknowledged that some Microsoft code was so flawed it could not be safely disclosed." Best thing to do is to shut them down now. It's a defense issue is it? Oh my god. What hubris. How can these guys live with themselves?
