Unity Server Ships - Colin Moock (Author of Actionscript: The Definitive Guide) and Derek Clayton ship their multiuser server.

"We're trying to provide a very solid, extensible, inexpensive option for people developing multiuser content. if you're working on an academic, artistic, or non-profit project, Unity is 100% free. commercial licences are also available at $100 (for 100 users), or $700 (for unlimited users)." Colin Moock

This should definitely be on your evaluation list for any multiuser flash work.

Dial Component from Samuel Wan - " The interaction model for this dial comes from Propellerhead's REASON software, which simulates MIDI rack hardware. Dials are turned by clicking on the dial and dragging up and down."
