Virtual Frog Dissection - it's Flash 5 but this is so cool I had to post it up, one of the best Flash sites I've seen in a while. It's just a button-driven timeline animation - no fancy actionscript - but it's the presentation and interaction the that makes it so good. Hopefullly it'll save a few frogs lives as well ;) [via BoingBoing]

Flash MX sample files - if you downloaded the on-line version of MX and didn't get a CD you may have missed these sample apps from Macromedia. Some good stuff, including a simple asteroids-style game and an audio mixer. If your just starting out on the upgrade path I recommend having a look at these for their use of new MX features.
