What's with this "bombers on alert for possible deployment to within range of North Korea." Is this just journalists being silly, or is it propaganda? Surely this isn't supposed to scare Jong II.

They're about to pull an aircraft carrier from East Asia to go bomb Saddam. Is this is a pre-emptive media strike to pretend we're getting tough on Jong, when we're really just reducing our military presence in the area?
