I am looking at using Radio as a means of group knowledge management. By having tools that make sense to everyone concerned, and are simple to use, I think a small firm could do well with this.
Manila/Frontier is probably better for what I have in mind, but I think that this will serve as a good start for me building a system of the services that I would like to see. I think that this could work as a system to tie together the information that a geographically distant group of people are working on. This would then allow for a fully integrated workflow that knows no borders, letting an international team cooperate on a new level, maximizing knowledge sharing and minimizing signal to noise. Wugh, I just started talking like a drone.
While the internet was orginally developed for just that purpose, having integrated tools that do what you need, for everyone (including Aunt Tillie) has not really happened at this point. We shall see what the future holds.
